The hotel is in a convenient location, just a short walk from the train station and various restaurants. The room was tidy and had a comfortable bathroom. The breakfast options were quite limited, and the shower was very small. This place is great for a short stay, especially for families looking for a budget option.

Location
I didn't like that breakfast from 8:00. Usually breakfasts are from 7:00. We had a train at 8:12, so we didn't have breakfast.

This hotel has a quaint charm, but let's not ignore the mold on the ceiling and the horrible, terrible breakfast-just a pistachio croissant, really? As if I'm not deserving of more! It's a shame no one thought to offer me a room upgrade, because I was clearly in desperate need. Disappointed, really.

A/C control by front desk could be more user-friendly!!! Room noise disturbances from the street are unbearable!!! Clear communication about additional charges would prevent confusion at checkout!!! Improve breakfast selection beyond just basic items!!!

Savoury breakfast to star a day with hot coffee or tea and yogurt, as example. Good location really close to the St Lucia train station, Rialto bridge, and Grand Canal makes it a good choice.

Accommodation is very comfortable, clean, quiet.
Cold, no slippers, a modest breakfast.

We loved how close the hotel was to the train station. The hotel offered a pleasant atmosphere where we could enjoy some downtime after a day of adventure. Plus, we appreciated the Netflix option for our teens.
In my wife's opinion, the breakfast options could have been more diverse.

Fantastic location, nearby to Santa Lucia station and can reach hotel without having to climb any stairs. Young gentleman at reception, who is son of the owner was very friendly, attentive and made sure we were comfortable. Room not too noisy, clean and big enough, bathroom had necessary amenities, heater working well. Breakfast okay.
No tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast could be better with eggs, cereals, and fruits.
